To assist us in preparing your 2019 Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns, we have a Year End Questionnaire here.
It is important that your records are complete and that any supporting documentation is included before forwarding to us. Filling in the questionnaire will help you identify transactions and any accounting issues that may arise as a result.
Please fill in the questionnaire to the best of your ability and don’t forget to sign it! If you need any assistance, our team will be glad to help.
We have enclosed a list of all of your business entities to assist you to gather the information we need. You will need to complete a copy of this checklist for EACH entity that you control.
We plan to start work on your files in soon. If we don’t receive your year-end information and documents in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for any resulting delay in completion.
If you are aware of any circumstances that may delay you sending us your year-end information, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your work within our office.
