Talk to a person, not a contact form

You can ring us, email us, or book a time that suits. All three reach the same six people, and you will get an answer from someone who can actually give you one.

Call

Quickest way to get a straight answer. If the person you need is with a client, we will tell you when they are free rather than take a message into a void.

Goes to the team, not one inbox, so it does not sit unread while somebody is on leave.

Book a 15 minute call

Pick a time online

Best if you would rather not play phone tag. Choose a slot, we ring you, and fifteen minutes is usually enough to work out what you need.

Someone actually answers

Ring during business hours and a person picks up. Not a queue, not a menu, and not a form that disappears into an inbox nobody owns.

If we cannot answer your question on the spot we will tell you who can and when they will call you back, rather than taking a message and hoping.

What actually happens when you get in touch

Worth saying, because “contact us” usually means filling in a box and hoping.

You reach a person

Not a queue and not a chatbot. If we cannot take it right then, you will be told when we can.

We work out what you actually need

Sometimes that is a meeting. Sometimes it is a five minute answer and you get on with your day.

If it needs a meeting, it is free

About 45 minutes, recorded if you want it, and you get the notes. No obligation and nothing to sign.

We recently had an initial meeting with Clayton to discuss our accounting requirements. We found him very down to earth and knowledgeable and upfront with assessing our circumstance and providing information.

Come in

Level 1, 561 Olive Street, Albury

We are upstairs on Olive Street in the middle of Albury, about ten minutes from Wodonga over the bridge. There is parking nearby and you are welcome to bring the shoebox.

If you are further out, around Holbrook or over the border, plenty of the work happens by phone and video and you do not need to drive in.

Not sure what you need? Start with fifteen minutes.

Most people ringing an accountant for the first time are not sure what they are asking for. That is normal, and it is not a reason to put off the call.

A fifteen minute call is enough to work out three things: what is actually bothering you, whether it is urgent, and whether we are the right people for it. If we are not, we will tell you and point you somewhere better. Nobody is going to sell you a package on a first call.

If it turns out you want the longer conversation, that is the free business review: about 45 minutes on where the business is up to, recorded if you want it, and you leave with a view on what to fix first whether or not you engage us.

Before you ring, a few things people ask

I am not a client yet. Can I still call?

Yes, and most people who ring are not. You will not be put through a sales process. If we are not the right people for what you need, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

I am years behind. Is it too late to ask?

No, and it is the most common reason people call. There is no lecture. We work out how far back it goes and what can be arranged with the ATO, and you get a number and a plan.

Do I need to bring anything to the first meeting?

Nothing. If you have last year’s return or a login to your accounting file it helps, but the first conversation is about where the business is up to, not paperwork.

Can you help if I am not in Albury or Wodonga?

Yes. We have clients around Holbrook and across the border in Victoria, and a lot of the work happens by phone and video.

Tell us where you are up to.

The first conversation costs nothing and there is no lecture in it.
